Khutul expansion project inaugurated, Mongolia19 May 2014, Published under Cement NewsKhutul Cement and Lime's newly-expanded cement plant has been officially inaugurated in the presence of Norovyn Altankhuyag, Prime Minister of Mongolia. Capacity of the cement works, situated in Khutul soum of Selenge Province, has been expanded four-fold.
